MOPS

Mothers Of PreSchoolers

We meet at Lewis River Fellowship:  2000 Lewis River Road, Woodland Wa. 98674

MOPS Lewis River Fellowship is a group of moms of preschoolers from our community who meet on a regular basis. We gather to talk, laugh, share a cup of coffee and snack, cry, build relationships, and grow personally and spiritually. MomCo@lewisriverfellowship.org

We are part of MOPS International which is a faith based nonprofit organization and has been around for over 40 years. Here is what they have to say. . .

Here at MOPS, we gather and support moms. We believe in the simple but revolutionary idea that remarkable things happen when moms come together, face to face. That’s why we rally women to come together in their own neighborhoods and help each other through this thing called motherhood, one gathering at a time.

Our local MOPS group meets twice a month (September-May) and childcare is provided. At each meeting there is a video or special speaker with discussion, and a time of sharing. Some of our moms meet during the week for coffee and rotate from house to house. We also do play dates throughout the year and in the summer.

If you decide that this is a group for you, we ask that you become a member of MOPS international by going to MOPS.org and use the code DP2G this is our local group number. With your membership you will receive a packet and weekly encouraging emails from MOPS.org.

MOPS International encourages and equips moms of young children to realize their potential as mothers, women and leaders, in relationship with Jesus, and in partnership with the local church.
