What to Expect

When You Visit

Woodland Church of the Nazarene was organized in 1951 and first met in downtown Woodland, WA.

We are now located at:

2000 Lewis River Rd.

Even though we changed our name to Lewis River Fellowship, we are still part of the global Church of the Nazarene.

  • Mission: To make lifelong followers of Jesus Christ

  • Vision: Provide a fellowship that gathers, connects, grows and serves in the name of Christ

  • Model:  Life Groups

  • Method: Love God, Love People (all people)

  • Sunday Worship: 10:00AM

  • Worship style: Casual and family friendly, seated around tables, not in rows of pews or chairs

Many people today have had bad experiences with “Church” in the past. It may have been with a pastor or others in a congregation who, intentionally or not, pushed them away with a judgmental, closed-minded, inaccurate view of God and His restorative work in our lives.

Regrettably, this bad experience could also be related to abuse, of many kinds, that has occurred outside of the church, leaving scars that are in varying stages of recovery and healing.

We believe Lewis River Fellowship has a great privilege to welcome all people seeking fellowship and healing, especially those who have been hurt by the church.

We invite all who may have “checked-out” on church to check us out at Lewis River Fellowship.
